Living in a Bubble
At Living in a Bubble, we use an automated shipping system to dispatch orders quickly from warehouses across multiple regions. This policy outlines our handling times, delivery estimates, and postage costs. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
Please note: If you order multiple items, they may ship from different warehouses and arrive at different times.
Order Processing
Our standard handling time is 1–3 business days for orders shipped from our US and Australian warehouses.
Because we use an automated shipping system, changes to shipping details or cancellations cannot be accepted once payment has been made. Please refer to our Refund Policy for further information.
To ensure smooth and speedy delivery, please make sure your address is correct at checkout. If a parcel is not collected from your local post office, or is returned to sender due to insufficient or incorrect address information, postage costs cannot be refunded.
Estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed. Weather delays and other unforeseen circumstances may affect delivery times.
Please note that our warehouses are not open to the public for order pickups.
