LIVING IN A BUBBLE WARRANTY POLICY

WARRANTY STATEMENT

All of our products come with a 12-month warranty.

We offer an extended 2-year warranty on the following products:

  • Magnetic Flyscreens
  • Insulated Window Covers
  • Insulated Water Bottle
  • Premium Cooking Set

To be eligible for the extended warranty, you must register your product by scanning the QR code in the product brochure upon receipt.

At the discretion of the company, Living in a Bubble will provide free replacements for any covered product within its warranty period.

WARRANTY EXCLUSION

Living in a Bubble does not cover the replacement of a product where a defect is the result of:

  • Accidental damage, negligence, misuse, neglect, or operation not in accordance with the user manual and specifications
  • Installation errors
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage from liquid exposure, fire, electrical surges, or environmental conditions
  • For electronic products, reduction in battery performance over time due to normal aging

LIVING IN A BUBBLE RETURN & REFUND POLICY

DAMAGE ON ARRIVAL OR FAULTY PRODUCT

You are required to notify us within 10 working days of receiving your order if the item arrives damaged or faulty. In addition to a detailed description, you are required to provide images (or a short video clip if more appropriate) of the damage in order to proceed with the warranty process. 

Once assessed and approved by our customer service team, you will be contacted to proceed with the return, refund or replacement process. Please do not attempt to return the item without our approval. We will only provide a prepaid return label if the item you received is damaged or you received the incorrect item.

Refund generally takes up to 2 working days to process and will notify you once the refund has been processed. However, please allow an additional 5 working days on top for your financial institution to process it.

CHANGE OF MIND OR WRONG SIZE ORDERED

We can only accept a change of mind within 30 calendar days after the item was delivered. Please contact us including pictures or videos of the condition of the product received and an explanation why you would like to return the product.

For Change of Mind, the product must be unused and in its original packaging. We will refund the total amount minus initial postage and restocking fee of 10% of the total order amount.

A refund or replacement will not be provided if products are being misused, mishandled or mistakenly installed. Customers are responsible for following the instructions and advice given by the manufacturers which includes checking the diagram to make sure it fits your vehicle.

Customers are responsible for following all instructions and advice provided by the manufacturer, which includes checking user manual and specifications to ensure the product is compatible with their vehicle.
